XENOSTONE
is a remarkable new Space Age cold set ceramic material that is very
fast setting and does not require being fired in a kiln or oven to
harden. Simply mix the XENOSTONE powder with the proper amount
of water and pour into your molds or trowel onto your armature forms.

TO USE XENOSTONE page about the mixing and using of XENOSTONE
XENOSTONE
sets
up very quickly and can be de-molded in 45 minutes to an hour after
casting.
We molded
a small half inch thick tile out of XENOSTONE that was four
inches square and in just a little over an hour after casting it,
took it out into the parking lot of our shop and had a large FedEx
truck that was making a delivery pull up onto it so we could take
pictures and then he left and drove over it with his back tires as
well and didn't even leave a mark on the tile. You can see this as
an example in our Gallery.

INTRODUCTION PART 2
XENOSTONE
is
fire proof once cast or formed, so you can use it to make candle holders,
incense burners, lanterns, lamp bases or parts, and much more. It
will pick up even minute detail in a mold so you can make an unlimited
amount of items with this material.
You can
make castings in plastic or rubber molds of any size. Chess sets,
original art, stone picture frames, candle holders, lamps, incense
burners, coasters, trivets, magnets, stone jewelry, counter weights,
bases for models or displays, point of purchase displays, wall art,
cast bust, furniture parts, interior or exterior items, and just about
anything you can think of that can be cast or built up with the material
with a trowel and other tools.
XENOSTONE-L
is a special formula that can be laser marked. It has the unique ability
to be printed on with a laser. It is an off white color once cast
and a laser with proper focus, speed, and power settings will mark
the cast material in a very dark brown which is very attractive. XENOSTONE-L
can also be printed on with 3D printers and with pad printers for
full color effects.
XENOSTONE
can
be finished in any way you can imagine using paints and other materials.
You can also use adhesives on it to attach materials like cork, magnetic
sheet, cloth, leather, pins for jewelry, and much more depending on
your particular application. It is water proof once cured, so it can
have a lot of applications where water exposure is encountered like
garden ponds, fountains, planters, and so on.
XENOSTONE
can
also be used to make mother molds over flexible mold materials to
hold them in shape, or can be used as a hard mold for casting flexible
materials into. The speed of hardening of this material and it's strength
makes it ideal for production in many situations.
XENOSTONE
is
extremely earth friendly and since it does not have to be fired like
normal ceramics, makes it a very green product for production of just
about any kind of items where time and energy are important to save.
From
making small craft projects, art modeling, making statues, up to full
factory production, you will find XENOSTONE the perfect material
to work with.
